These terms govern your use of the First Serve Courts app and services, operated by شركة النادي الأول الشامل المحدودة (CR 4030202691, Unified National No. 7011023277), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or completing a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Account

1. Booking requires an account verified with a Saudi mobile number by one-time code (OTP).
2. You must keep your details accurate and your password private. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

2. Bookings

1. All bookings are made through the official app only, by the hour: a court rental without a coach, or a class with a coach (adults, juniors or private).
2. The app shows the time and price before payment. A booking is confirmed as soon as payment succeeds or a booking is used from your package.
3. Confirmed and completed bookings appear under My Bookings.

3. Payment

Payments are made in the app through a licensed payment gateway (Moyasar) using mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. We do not store your card details. Prices include VAT (VAT No. 310317001800003).

4. Court access

1. Each confirmed booking has its own QR code, valid only from the start to the end of the booked time.
2. Sessions end at their scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
3. The booking holder is responsible for anyone they share the booking or QR code with.
4. Players must wear suitable sports clothing, follow facility rules and take care of the courts.

5. Packages

1. A package is a set number of classes (4, 8 or 12; private classes 4 or 8) paid in advance; each booking uses one class from the balance.
2. A package is valid until the end date shown in the app (validity period set by Management); unused bookings expire after that date.
3. Packages are personal and cannot be transferred.

6. Reviews

Users may rate courts and post comments. We may remove content that is offensive or inappropriate.

7. General

1. We may update these terms; updates are announced in the app and on this page.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel from My Bookings in the app. Refunds are processed automatically — you don't need to contact us.

Package refunds

Unused bookings can be refunded before the package end date. The refund is the amount paid minus the classes already used, charged at the single-class price.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method: mada cards within 1–3 business days, credit cards within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.

Privacy Policy

شركة النادي الأول الشامل المحدودة, the operator of First Serve Courts, protects your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email, and profile photo if you add one.
• Location: if you allow it, to show nearby courts and give directions.
• Your bookings, packages, favourites and the reviews you write.
• Entry log: when your QR code is scanned at the gate.
• Payment data: transaction reference and amount only. Card details are processed by the payment gateway (Moyasar); we never see or store them.

How we use it

• To run your account and bookings and issue entry QR codes.
• To send verification codes and booking messages by SMS.
• To process payments and refunds and issue invoices.
• For customer support, improving the service, and legal compliance.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed with our payment gateway (Moyasar), SMS provider, app and hosting provider, and government authorities where legally required. Your reviews are visible to other users with your name.

Retention & security

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as the law requires, and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

You can edit your details or delete your account inside the app, or request a copy of your data at privacy@firstserve.sa.
